Mindful Meditation

The people from Chicago's Middle Way Meditation will teach you how to reduce the stress in your daily life with practical mindfulness tools including the power of breath and guided meditation techniques.

Coding for Teens

Learn to code with Scratch, a visual coding platform to create interactive games, stories and animation. For beginning Scratch users in grades 7-12.

Medicare 101

Medicare can be confusing. Joanna Prisiajniouk will be presenting a free educational seminar as a Medicare certified trainer to get you up to speed on what Medicare covers, what it doesn't and your potential out of pocket exposure. We'll discuss Supplements, Advantage Plans, Part D Prescription Coverage, Medicare/Medicaid and cost saving strategies for the years ahead.

Watercolor Painting

February 10th,

$5.00 Learn watercolor painting with step by step instruction. Paint along with Victoria Pelarenos (BFA American Academy of Art), as you learn techniques and create a painting by the end of the class.  Supplies will be provided.
