Deliciously Fictitious Book Club: Meet Your Baker

Join us every other month in Fannie's Cafe to discuss culinary-themed mysteries and sample delicious recipes from the pages of the books. This month's book will be Meet Your Baker by Ellie Alexander.

After graduating from culinary school, Juliet Capshaw returns to her quaint hometown of Ashland, Oregon, to heal a broken heart and help her mom at the family bakery. The Oregon Shakespeare Festival is bringing in lots of tourists looking for some crumpets to go with their heroic couplets. But when one of Torte's customers turns up dead, there's much ado about murder.

Anonymous Teen Writers

Graphic Novel Club: Ms. Marvel: No Normal

Whether you're new to comics or a life-long reader, our club for teens in grades 7-12 will help you find something new to read and talk about from the world of comics. 

This month we'll read and discuss Ms. Marvel Vol. 1: No Normal by G. Willow Wilson. Kamala Khan is an ordinary girl from Jersey City - until she is suddenly empowered with extraordinary gifts. But who truly is the all-new Ms. Marvel? Teenager? Muslim? Inhuman? As Kamala discovers the dangers of her newfound powers, she unlocks a secret behind them as well.

Basic Computer Literacy for Beginners

After Hours Teen Time: Joe Versus the Volcano

We're keeping the library open after hours just for teens in grades 7-12. Bring your friends to watch a movie, eat some pizza, and make a craft.

This month watch Tom Hanks escape the drudgery of modern life then build your own "bored box."

Laser Comedy Show

Ages 12 & younger. Children under 7 must be with an adult. Registration Required.

Comedian Chris Fair turns off the lights and creates a comedic improv performance with laser lights with the audience's help!

Friends Book Sale

Learn to Journal with Julie

Trying to organize your thoughts? Want to add a spark of creativity when planning your days throughout the year? Learn how to use a bullet journal as a diary, planner, to-do list, or sketchbook. For adults and teens in grade 7 and up. Must have a library card and a Workshop waiver on file. 

VHS to DVD Conversion

Pen and Ink Writers Group

The Pen and Ink Writers Group gathers on the third Monday of each month to read short stories, poems or essays, all inspired by a common theme. Build up your writing skills through practice, presentation and positive critique.

Family Knitting

Join us for a beginners knitting class just for Families! Each week will build on different knitting skills to complete a simple project. Registration is for all four days. Class size is limited. This is a Workshop program and waivers must be completed in order to complete registration.
