Medicare Enrollment Seminar

Kids Starting to Sew

Grades 4-6. Registration Required.

Calling all beginner sewers! This two part session provides basic sewing machine instruction for those have not yet taken a sewing class. Sewers should plan to attend both days. Workshop waivers must be completed in order to complete registration.

Family Knitting

Grades 4-6 with an adult. Registration Required

Join us for a beginners knitting class just for Families! Each week will build on different knitting skills to complete a simple project. Registration is for all four days. Class size is limited. This is a Workshop program and waivers must be completed in order to complete registration.

Modern Times Film Series: Rocketman

Everyone loves to get cards. Come into the Storytime Room and let's design our own cards with stamps. Tell someone thank you, invite them to a party, or just say hello with a handmade card.

2020 U.S. Census Help

Need help filling out the census questionnaire? We're here to make sure you're counted. In mid-March, mailed participation invitations from the Census Bureau should begin arriving in mail boxes.

Drop into the library with your invitation on Wednesday evenings for assistance with responding online, by telephone, or by mail. Have census questions or need additional help? Call 708-867-2299.

Democracy in America: Tea with Jane Addams

Do you want to be the very best? Do you simply have to catch them all? Join us for a screening of Detective Pikachu (2019) and some Pokemon crafts! Pokemon and their trainers are highly encouraged to come in costume! PokemonGo players can enjoy the library's lured pokestop throughout the program.

Friends Book Sale
