Gardening Club

September 2nd, 6:00pm to 7:00pm
Join us on the first Wednesday of every month to talk about bulbs, bushes, berries and begonias. We'll discuss everything from window boxes to victory gardens. The library is even offering access to its public spaces to those with a green thumb.

Anonymous Teen Writers

Writers in grades 7 - 12 are invited to join in on a weekly hour and a half of socializing, discussion, and, of course, writing! Share your poems and stories in a supportive space or listen to others read.

Start of Kid and Teen Art Competition

September 5th, 10:00am to 11:00am
For grades K - 12. Submit your best art work (size 81/2 X 11) in any medium. We'll have a giant art display at the Fall Family Fun Fest on Saturday, October 4th and attendees will get to vote on their favorites. The contest winners will get a table at the 2016 Eisenhower Mini Comic Con. All entries should be in by October 1st.

Mini Comic Con

Don your cape, tights, and mask, then drop in at Eisenhower to join hundreds of fans at our third annual Mini Comic Con, a celebration of the best in pop culture. Have fun with everything geeky: comics, toys, video gaming, television, original art, collectibles, anime, manga, our big costume contest, and more!
