Are you in it to win it? Sign up for our summer reading program "Read for the Win!" to earn points and get cool prizes all summer. Winners who read 500 minutes will score a bonus prize and a chance to win a special grand prize raffle. Don't delay, you can only win if you read! Prizes will be awarded June 6th through July 31st. Our grand prize winners will be announced on August 6. Stop by Kids World to register and pick up your book logs starting June 1st.

Edible Landscape Design

Join us on the first Wednesday of every month to talk about bulbs, bushes, berries and begonias. We'll discuss everything from window boxes to victory gardens. This month, landscape architect Jackie Kotz will walk you through how to transform the traditional flower garden into a custom edible garden.

Polish Heritage Book Club

June 2nd,

Join us every other month on the second Thursday, at 3:00 pm for an English-language book discussion group focused on literature related to Poland and Polish culture. This month we're discussing 22 Britannia Road by Amanda Hodgkinson, a powerful chronicle of one family's struggle to create a home in the aftermath of World War 2.

Anonymous Teen Writers

Writers in grades 7 - 12 are invited to join in on a weekly hour and a half of socializing, discussion, and, of course, writing! Share your poems and stories in a supportive space or listen to others read.

Drop-In Baby Storytime

Ages 6-17 months. Join us for finger plays, songs, and fun! Storytime will last for 45 minutes to an hour depending. Child must be the appropriate age to participate. Sign in at the Kids World desk.
