Library Closings in May

We'll be closed on May 8th for Mother's Day, May 20th for staff training, and May 29th & 30th for Memorial Day Weekend. Even though we won't be open on these days, you'll still be able to use many library resources.

Food For Fines

This April we're celebrating National Library Week by offering fine forgiveness to anyone who donates food to help the Norridge Citadel Salvation Army Food Pantry.

From April 10th - 16th, for every non-perishable, non-expired canned good you donate, we'll take $1.00 off any late fines on your account. You're welcome to donate even if you don't have late fines.

Forgiveness applies to overdue fines only and not material replacement costs.

Easter Closing

Easter is on March 27th this year and we'll be closing for the holiday. Even though we'll be closed, you'll still be able to use many library resources.

Primary Polling

Beginning at 6:00 am on Tuesday, March 15th, Eisenhower will be serving as a polling place for Norwood Park Township Precincts 5 & 17. Polls close at 7:00 pm.

Winter Closings

At the end of the month, we'll be closing for all the winter holidays, Thursday, December 24th, Friday, December 25th, Thursday, December 31st, and Friday, January 1st. Even though we'll be closed, you'll still be able to use many library resources.
