October 21st and 22nd, from 10:00 am-4:00 pm is Annual Book Sale Time! This sale, hosted by the Friends of the Eisenhower Library, features thousands of books, movies and more. Every book sold helps to support the Friends group in its mission to enhance the library and its services.

Tutor.com provides access to real time, online tutoring in over 25 subjects for kindergartners through adult learners. It also offers a dropoff service for overnight reviews of essays, book reports, resumes, cover letters, and more. Assessment quizzes help you practice your skills in over a dozen subjects. You can also access thousands of resources like flashcards, videos, ans sample resumes. Personalized features such as favorite tutors, previous session reviews, and virtual lockers make studying much easier. All of this is available to Norridge and Harwood Heights residents at the library, at school, at home, and even on your mobile device.

If you receive phone calls letting you know when on-hold items are ready to be picked up, these calls will switch to automated, prerecorded messages on June 6th. In addition, these calls will let you know if you have overdue items or bills on your account. Calls will only be made during the following times: Monday through Friday: 10:30 am - 7:30 pm and Saturdays and Sundays: 11:00 am - 6:00 pm. If you've been receiving notifications via email or text, nothing will change.
