Apply for a Library Card Online

If you are a resident of Norridge or Harwood Heights age 14 or older, you can instantly get an online-only library card that grants access to Eisenhower’s collection of ebooks, audiobooks, and other digital materials. Nonresident Cards

Residents of Chicago

Chicago residents are welcome to borrow materials from our library. Please bring your Chicago Public Library card and a picture ID to register with our library. If you don’t have a picture ID with your current address on it, it is acceptable to bring two current utility bills (within the last three months) with your name and address. Please check the status of your Chicago Library card to ensure that it is in good standing.

Residents of Unincorporated Areas, such as Norwood Park Township

Residents of unincorporated areas such as Norwood Park Township do not pay a library-supporting tax. To obtain an Eisenhower Library card, you may pay an annual fee equal to what tax-paying residents pay. To help us determine the correct fee, please bring a copy of your most recent 2nd installment tax bill or a current lease agreement.
