Battle of the Books Season is gearing up. Time to seek out your school’s Battle coach and join the team! Whichever school’s team answers the most multiple choice questions about the books on the Battle List wins the trophy!

We’ve got 20 great books to divide and read amongst your school team. You can read the print book (participating schools as well as Eisenhower Library’s all have copies), download a digital copy using your Library card, or listen to the audio book. Whichever method you want to explore and enjoy these stories works for us! 4th graders need to read/listen to a minimum of 6 books, 5th graders need 7 books, and 6th graders need 8 books by the time Practice Battle comes around on January 24th. But why stop at the minimum? With a book list as diverse as this one, you’ll find a lot of great titles to enjoy!
