Battle 4 is complete and the points added to each team’s overall total score. Each team worked quite hard for their scores and are commended for their efforts. Many total scores are so close that each question in Battle 5 is a point that can secure a team’s victory.

There were several challenges made during Battle 4. Staff are examining the questions and their corresponding answers. It will be announced if the challenges were deemed valid at the start of Battle 5.

Next week will be the last week of competition. There are no challenges allowed during Battle 5, so the points earned during next week’s Battle will be the final points earned toward determining the winner of the Battle of the Books 2023-2024 season. (Rest assured that we will take an extra strong look at the questions and answers to be sure all is correct, so challenges will be unnecessary.)
