No Late Fines for Residents

Norridge and Harwood Heights residents are not charged late fees for overdue items.

However, once borrowed materials are 42 days past due, residents will be billed a replacement cost and processing fee. Lost or damaged materials will also incur a bill equal to the cost of replacement plus a $5.00 processing fee. Bills may be paid with cash, check, or credit card at the Library Services Desk or with a credit card on your online library account.
