Every month, residents of Central Baptist Village meet to discuss a book chosen by our Outreach Librarian. This month we’re reading The Book of Lost Friends by Lisa Wingate.

Louisiana, 1875: In the era of Reconstruction, three women set off as unwilling companions on a perilous quest: Hannie, a freed slave; Lavinia, the pampered heir to a now destitute plantation; and Juneau Jane, Lavinia’s half sister.
