“When it all feels out of control, hold on to the things that truly matter. Because what feels like the end is sometimes the beginning.”
This graphic novel is an autobiographical account of the author’s struggle with depression and anxiety.
Debbie makes the decision to talk to someone and embarks on a journey of healing with her new therapist.
She does a good job of explaining what she feels like as she is going through the various stages of her struggle. Debbie has a supportive boyfriend and parents during her journey, but she still feels hopeless at times. She learns how to manage her fears through therapy.
This would be a very good book for people struggling with the same issues.
