Evie, who is a voracious reader of romance novels, is now donating all her favorite books.

There she meet Xavier, known as simply X. Fifi, the instructor encourages Evie and X to enter the amateur section of the ballroom dancing competition. Evie goes through many changes as her dad asks that she attend his wedding, and as she is falling for X.
