Polish Heritage Book Club: A Question of Honor

Thursday, June 08, 2017, 3:00 PM

Our English-language book discussion group focuses on literature related to Poland and Polish culture.

This month we’re discussing A Question of Honor by Lynne Olson.

After Poland fell to the Nazis, thousands of Polish pilots, soldiers, and sailors escaped to England. Devoted to liberating their homeland, some would form the RAF’s 303 squadron. Their fearless flying made them celebrities in Britain. This moving, fascinating book uncovers a crucial forgotten chapter in Polish history.

Ask for the book at the Library Services Desk about one month before our meeting.
