Meet children’s author Candace Fleming and illustrator Eric Rohmann.

Together, they created Giant Squid, Polar Bear, and Honeybee, winner of the 2021 Siebert award for best informational children’s book. Fleming has also won the LA Times award for Young Adult Literature, the Boston Globe-Horn Book Award, and the Golden Kite Award. Rohmann is a two-time Caldecott winner. Expect a lively discussion about storytelling, writing for kids, and working as a team.
